How long does it take to build a pool?
Pool construction is dependent on many factors: time of year, weather, site and building conditions, and the building department permitting process. Once permitted, 6-8 weeks from the day of breaking ground is a typical timeline.
When is the best time to schedule a pool build?
Thinking ahead to summer swimming would require a backwards mapping well into the winter before. Designing and approving the plan is just the beginning. Schedules fill up fast in the Spring as everyone wants a pool for summer. Plan ahead and contact us early. With a little advanced planning, we can get you in the water by summer.
How do you come up with a design for my yard?
The initial consultation involves a discussion of your needs and wants for the project. A visual inspection of the site and measurement of the property begins the process. This consultation is for homeowners to express any specific elements that they would love to see in their project. Our second consultation involves a detailed drawing and making adjustments and modifications so that the design is perfect for you and your budget.
